With 15 years of journalism experience, Caroline writes about restaurants, Southern culture, cocktails and food history for the New York Times, Robb Report, BBC, The Washington Post, Food & Wine, Garden & Gun and The Bitter Southerner.
A two-time James Beard Award nominee, Caroline is a former editor at Plate and StarChefs and is currently researching a book about iguanas.
