The framework created from these factors serves as a guide for professional bodies to improve their practices and engagement with members, promoting better service delivery and member involvement. The study emphasizes the importance of regular communication, benchmarking, and the need for professional bodies to adapt to the evolving demands of their members and the industry, ultimately contributing to the overall productivity and credibility of these organizations
