About this listen

Jeff Gibson has worked in healthcare (I.T. system architect) for the past 15 years and unknowingly lived with circadian rhythm disruption. After Jeff started improving his light environment a few years ago, he started feeling like a completely new person: physically, mentally, and spiritually. Since then, he's been studying circadian and quantum biology and has been on a mission to convince as many humans as possible to implement these simple strategies in their lives so that they can also experience greater health, happiness, and purpose in the same way he and millions of others on the planet have figured out.

In 2024, Jeff partnered up with his friends from the United Kingdom to create The CRD Challenge: a free circadian education community for anyone who wants to learn the basics of circadian and quantum biology. This three-week-long, bite-sized educational program empowers people to learn the most important aspects of circadian health and easy practices to implement in their life, which will improve their longevity, healthspan and lifespan.
