 Can you believe it is August 1? Where did the summer go? It seems like two weeks ago we were just starting summer break. The words “back to school” always remind me of Dr. Seuss’s book “Oh the places you’ll go.” This is a wonderful book about the ups and downs of choices in one’s life. Choices that may lead down dark roads, bright roads, higher ups, and lowly lows. This book is considered Dr. Seuss’s farewell salute. As school begins, what farewell salute will you be leaving with your students this year?
