About this listen

We often talk about how much we lean on each other for support. We both agree that there is no way we would have been successful in this journey without each leaning on each other and the weight loss community.

When we went to the JBY award show last month, we met Nina & Pam and we instantly connected. This sparked a lot of conversation around the need for community and a support system.

It doesn't matter if you're in the early stages of your journey or several years out, this episode is for everyone.

A little bit about Nana & Pam...

They are the dynamic duo behind Bari-Bestiez, a rapidly growing support community dedicated to empowering individuals on their bariatric journey. With a shared passion for wellness, sisterhood, and real talk, they’ve created a safe and uplifting space where members connect, share, and thrive. Through their engaging Bari-Chats series, Bari-Buddiez program and community-driven approach, Nina and Pam are redefining what support looks like—one bestie at a time.
