How attaining your goals is the easy part, but maintaining those goals are the hard part? How the things that you do to heal and recover to become a better person physical internally and externally, mentally, psychological, and emotionally? How longevity when it comes to health and wellness comes from maintaining the things that you did to healing and recovery from diseases, illnesses, trauma, stress, pain, accidents, mental health, disabilities, depression, anxiety, and more? We talk how to do things, but not how to maintain it. I think it is time that had this conversation. So, in this episode, we are going to have this conversation.
