 After reflecting on Sylvia’s 610Fit journey and the joy she experienced in her suffering, the Lord led us to explore the topic of joy. I realized being joyful is somewhat unfamiliar to me, and you may find it is with you as well. Happiness, anxiety, and sadness can often hide from our eyes the joy the Lord has gifted us with. Even so, we are meant to experience joy and without it, we cannot accurately demonstrate who God is to the world.
