About this listen
Join us as we read through the Gospel according to Luke this year!
Today, we wrap up this read-through of Luke's gospel with the lens of insiders and outsiders. During this last quarter of the gospel, we see the religious insiders gather before and during Jesus' trial and execution—they put Him to death. Meanwhile, the religious outsiders benefit from Jesus' death and resurrection: a criminal, a centurion, the women who followed Jesus, and even troubled and doubting disciples. From there, we look ahead at our next theme as we read the gospel again. This month, we're paying attention to prayer and praise in Luke's Gospel—really, any conversation addressed to God and/or Jesus will pique our interest this month!
