CliftonStrengths, developed by Gallup, is an assessment tool that helps people identify their natural patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving—what they do best. Instead of focusing on weaknesses, it highlights a person’s top talents out of 34 possible themes, such as Activator, Relator, Strategic, or Learner.

The idea is simple: when people know and intentionally use their strengths, they perform better at work, build stronger relationships, and experience greater personal satisfaction. CliftonStrengths is widely used by individuals, teams, and organizations to improve collaboration, leadership, and personal development.

In coaching, it provides a language and framework for understanding what makes someone unique, allowing clients to grow by leveraging what they naturally do well rather than trying to “fix” what they don’t.
