With a PhD in Whole Medicine & Healing Nutrition and a Master’s in Professional Counseling, she helps clients heal mentally, physically, and spiritually by addressing root causes. Blending evidence-based therapy with holistic insight, she creates a safe, faith-centered space for transformation. She also trains counselors and life coaches and has consulted for a major Christian TV network and pastoral teams in the DFW area.
