In this episode, we’re recapping our July 2025 adventure to Walt Disney World — and yes, it was hot, but we managed it like pros (tip alert: check out Episodes 20 for all our summer survival strategies! ☀️💦).

We stayed at not one, but two amazing resorts: the stunning Coronado Springs and the charming BoardWalk Resort — each bringing its own unique Disney magic. From early mornings to late-night strolls, we soaked up all the pixie dust!

Dining highlights? Oh, we ate well:
🍽️ Crystal Palace – Pooh and friends + breakfast = pure joy
🍖 Roundup Rodeo BBQ – a rootin’ tootin’ good time
🍳 Rix Sports Bar – a sneaky addition to the brunch line-up on WDW property.. don’t sleep on this one!
🌮 La Hacienda de San Angel – delicious Mexican cuisine with a view… spoiler: the husbands liked it too!
🍻 Rose & Crown – pub vibes and fireworks? Yes, please! And unplanned highlight of our trip!

We also checked out the new version of Test Track – hear our thoughts on how it compares to the old one – and caught the stunning Starlight Parade, a nighttime spectacle that lit up the magic of Main Street USA. ✨

And of course, we had to give a shoutout to our iconic snack wins:

🍦 Jess finally got her ice cream brioche sandwich (yep, it’s a thing)

🍹 Austin got to try a new specialty drink at La Cava in the Mexico pavilion.

🥖 Chelsea got her long-awaited baguette from France – and it did not disappoint.

🥞 Mike enjoyed his churro waffles at Crystal Palace !

🍟 And, don’t worry - baby Max did get her favorite.. French fries! In our opinion, her favorite were the best at Rose and Crown 🤷🏼‍♀️😉
