Hi Everyone! Thought I would kick off my podcasting in Episode One introducing myself, my experience level in coaching and talk a bit about my career. In Episode 2, I jump into some methods to thrive in your personal life as well as your professional life so that we can grow together this year! You can and should apply a lot of these tips to your fitness journey or they may be a tactic to use in unison with programming you are already implementing so that we can truly conquer our goals in 2023 and beyond!
