But don’t let me persuade you to become disciplined, just compare disciplined people with people who are not. You will see the differences.

I can only tell you that being disciplined has changed my life completely.

Weight loss and being fit is not only about exercising and eating healthy, it also includes knowing how to navigate life. When you know how to live life, you make your health a priority and you continue progressing.
