About this listen

 Shane and I sit down and talk about his career as an elite level gymnast. Shane competed in the 1996 Olympic Games representing his home country of Barbados. Shane is also the owner and operator of BimFlip, a remote gymnastics coaching program for athletes of all skill levels. Shane has worked with David Durante and supported his efforts in developing Power Monkey Fitness. He even has an official gymnastics skill named after him. We are excited to have Shane visit District H on March 1st to host a gymnastics clinic focusing on pull-ups, muscle ups and advanced muscle up skills. We hope you enjoy this episode.
