With a new film on the horizon, and possible additional mediums to complement a film series, the opportunities to show Bond as a youth growing up, interacting his friends and parents, going to grammar school and university, and eventually his military service, are growing. Will Amazon MGM take this opportunity to finally to develop his undeveloped backstory, or will they go with the general fan opinion which is to steer clear!
