Mitayah Donerlson is a trailblazing leader, compassionate visionary, and the founder of P.O.W.E.R. INC., an organization dedicated to bridging the gap in aftercare support for parents and caregivers who have experienced trauma. As the CEO of HER Studio of Coaching, LLC, and the driving force behind One Tier Solution, Mitayah specializes in harm reduction, trauma-informed leadership training, and holistic wellness to create lasting impact for individuals and communities.


With over 20 years of experience, Mitayah has empowered individuals navigating mental health challenges, developmental disabilities, substance abuse, homelessness, and youth in foster care. Her expertise is grounded in evidence-based practices and her deep belief that trauma is the root cause, the problem, and the solution. By addressing trauma at its core, she helps others transform adversity into empowerment and growth.
