In this episode I share how my call to teach began back in kindergarten when I wanted to read to younger students. Teaching has been my life journey for over 20 years and it is not always easy. Just like shepherds care for their sheep, teachers care for their students. I want to encourage new teachers, teachers in the middle of their journey, and veteran teachers to keep going. God called you to teach, to lead with love, to forgive, and to take time to rest. Remember, your work plants seeds that will grow into something beautiful in His timing.
