8月6日、ダイキンは米DDC Solutionsの買収に基本合意したと発表しました。手続きが順調なら8月下旬にクロージング予定で、買収は米子会社DAAを通じて実行されます。これにより、ダイキンは従来の「室内空調＋計装・制御」に、DDCの強みであるラック単位の個別冷却と運転最適化ソフトを組み合わせ、AIデータセンターのフルスタック対応へ踏み込みます。
