About this listen

Hi everybody! We hope you had a blessed week:)

This week, we’re diving into a topic that so many of us carry quietly—shame. In this episode, Set Free from Shame, we’re opening up about parts of our past that once held us back and how the enemy tried to use those things to keep us stuck in guilt, fear, and silence.

But Jesus came to set us free.

We’re sharing how God met us in our lowest places, the difference between condemnation and conviction, and how His grace transforms shame into a testimony. Through Christ, we are new creations, and our past no longer has the final say.

Whether you’re struggling with regret, feeling unworthy, or questioning if God could really love someone with a past like yours—this conversation is for you. We want you to know that you are not defined by what you’ve done, but by what Jesus has done for you.

If any of you need someone to talk to, we’re here for you. If you’re in need of prayer, guidance, or just want someone to stand with you in faith, don’t hesitate to reach out in the comments or send us a private message on any of our socials @SistersThroughTheSavior so we can pray for you or anyone else in need. You're never alone.

Let this episode be a reminder that in Christ, there is freedom, healing, and redemption. You are deeply loved, fully known, and completely forgiven.

We love you all so so much, but Jesus loves you more!!

Have a blessed week and we will see you next Sunday :))

-Alyssa and Lizzy
