About this listen

Grief is not only about the loss of a loved one but also the loss of relationships, friendships, connections, community, and even former versions of ourselves. Our body remembers it all—the love, the loss, the anger, and the pain.

In this guided practice, we’ll move through these emotions with compassion and support, using seated movement, breath, and sound to gently release tension and unlock stored feelings. This is a practice of emotional liberation, not physical perfection, designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Experience a guided distance Reiki practice, providing a deeply healing energy to support your emotional release and invite peace into your journey. Together, we will honor grief as a reflection of love, finding pathways to appreciation, forgiveness, and transformation.

This episode includes an audio guide to the practice, while a video recording is linked below for those who prefer a visual experience.

Inspired by the teachings of Paul Denniston, founder of Grief Yoga®, this practice invites you to connect with love, harmony, and your innate capacity to heal.

Join us in this safe and sacred space, either in person or online, as we move through grief together—holding space for the full spectrum of emotions and the beauty of healing.
