 Ero uno studente del liceo artistico e pensavo a fare l’artista e fare l’artista per me voleva dire svegliarsi a qualsiasi orario, disegnare tutto il giorno e avere regole tutte mie, insomma fare quello che volevo e quello che mi piaceva.

Non volevo pensare ai soldi, ma solamente a disegnare per il mio piacere; ovviamente erano i pensieri di un sedicenne, per carità.

Pensavo che chi vendeva le proprie opere a tutti i costi fosse un venduto o votato al denaro; argomento tabù anche per gli anni ‘90: i soldi e soprattutto nominare i soldi all’interno di un liceo artistico era come nominare satana all’interno di una chiesa.
