Why are leaders of indigenous peoples in Russia supportive of the war? I interviewed Dr. Stephan Dudeck, anthropologist working in close collaboration with Siberian indigenous peoples and conducted since 1993 long-term anthropological fieldwork with Siberian reindeer herding communities.  Through online research, we also get to understand the historical context of todays situation for minority groups in Siberia.
