Since I’m all about embodied, turned-on living and relating, I keep exploring what else can support my body in more aliveness. When I find things that have a big enough impact, I bring them into my programs.

In the past year, I’ve focused on hormonal health and cyclical living and experienced HUGE benefits. Dr Maria Tedim is a female hormonal health specialist who has guided me in having unexpected levels of energy, creativity, and general gusto. (Italian for enthusiasm and vigor.)

In this episode, dr Maria shares how women can work with their body’s cyclical rhythm instead of against it. So you can unlock confidence, radiance and vigor. And why every man should know this for better relationships with their wives, girlfriends, and daughters.
