Ryan Stephens is a US Marine Combat Vet, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu 2nd degree Black Belt, competitive shooter, MMA practitioner, entrepreneur, and host of the viral Mindset Minute video series on TikTok


Among his tours to Iraq with the Marines, Ryan served as a Combat Motorcycle Operator during the initial push into Iraq.


Ryan is not only a 2nd degree black belt Martial Arts Instructor Trainer for the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program, but he also earned instructor ratings in EACH of the various services martial arts programs, including the SOCP and Army Combatives Program under Matt Larsen.


While these accomplishments are impressive for any man, Ryan had to overcome a history of unspeakable abuse and brokenness. Join us as Ryan Stephens takes us on the journey of how he became Unbroken.
