About this listen

 Die Praxisphasen einer pflegerischen Ausbildung sind nicht nur für die Auszubildenden herausfordernd. Auch das Krankenhaus steht in der Verantwortung, die Entwicklung der Azubis zu fördern. Damit das im Alltag nicht untergeht, sind zehn Praxisanleiter:innen im Bürgerhospital und Clementine Kinderhospital von der Arbeit am Patientenbett freigestellt. Zwei von ihnen sind Katja und Eva. Mit ihnen haben wir uns über ihre Arbeit unterhalten.
