什麼是藝術治療？藝術治療是藉由藝術創作去了解創作者的心理，不侷限於畫畫，非常適合還不太會表達的孩子。
但是依照我的經驗，其實治療師通常也都會有諮商底子，我根本還沒參加藝術治療，就大有所獲。
正式進入治療活動的話，其實跟孩子們就不是這種面談了，藝術治療對象其實也不局限於小孩，其實是人人皆可的，而且也不需要任何美術天分....
