今年的生日餐廳，我們選了台北超難訂的話題燒鳥店 —— fumée。
它是大阪米其林一星名店「焼鳥 市松」的海外首間分店，
主廚聽說家裡就是經營燒鳥的，5 歲就開始學烤肉，真的太狂了！

來台灣之後，不只融合了當地食材和香料，
還很快就獲得了米其林推薦，
那天吃完真的能感受到他自己的燒鳥哲學。

這集除了分享我們在 fumée 的用餐心得，
