三代經課（修訂通用經課）圍繞教會年曆設計；上半年（由將臨期到聖靈降臨節），以耶穌基督的生平為核心，節慶較為緊湊。
下半年由聖三一主日後至十一月底的基督君王主日，則以教會發展委核心，採用半連續式經課。
每三年閱讀聖經大約六至七成。
