今年は昭和も丁度百年、そしてラジオの放送が始まったのも、今から100年前の1925年です。ラジオ開局の際、一番最初に流れた曲は何であったかご存知ですか？ヒントは作詞：北原白秋、作曲：山田耕作の楽曲。日本を代表する作曲家の1人である山田耕作はヨーロッパで過ごした時期が長かったのですが、ヨーロッパでは日本のある料理にインスパイアされたオリジナル・レシピのお料理をよく振る舞っていたそうです・・・。
