人の味覚は時代と共に変わっています。お刺身やステーキもかつては新鮮さがとても重要でしたが、最近は熟成させた方が旨味が引き立つということで熟成肉などがもてはやされています。今回、名護市のリッツ・カールトンの鉄板焼きのお店で沖縄のブランド肉であるもとぶ牛を頂きました。そして花ニラというちょっと珍しいお野菜が付け合わせで出てきたのです・・・。
