Pero si te enfocas en absorber información sobre otras historias de éxito de personas que lo han hecho, vas a entender todo lo que debes atravesar para tener el mismo resultado. Usa el prejuicio de contraste a tu favor
Consejos:
- Identifica eso que quieres alcanzar, trata de tener claro que es
- Busca aprender toda la historia de persona que logro ese mismo resultado, y usa el prejuicio cognitivo del contraste para que puedas “instalar” la idea en tu cerebro que si es posible
