About this listen

Iris Day is very excited to be returning to the ENYO stage. She first appeared on ENYO 5, age 16 and felt very honoured for the invite, as she does now for ENYO 7. Women's Only Open Mats are a great place to work on your stand-up game and improve your Jiu Jitsu. Iris shares her progression through the kids belts, have trained Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for quite a number of years to Blue Belt, and enjoys competing. She regularly coaches kids classes which brings her so much joy, and takes away the fun and spontaneity of the youngest Jiu Jitsu practitioners. Preparing herself for ENYO 7 feels a little more comfortable now she has already experienced the professional setup of a previous ENYO show, and very much looking forward to experiencing the whole event.
