About this listen

E005: Francesca Lana - Brown Belt

Francesca Lana is going to extreme lengths in her preparation for KAIROS 2.Whilst she is a confident professional athlete, Fran had some hesitations about coming onto the show. Doing hard things in life, really does enable you to grow! Being able to name moves, and replicate the art of Jiu jitsu has given Fran the confidence and positive mindset to continue competing.

Not having to work against strength, has changed Fran's perception of Jiu Jitsu. We talk about the holistic approach to the game, and having a diverse range of skills and abilities to keep things fun and entertaining. Focusing on mindset development, to be able to express herself is something that is at the forefront of Fran's thoughts and actions ready for KAIROS 2.
