In this episode of Drivin’ Agriculture, I’m sitting down with two powerhouse guests—Jay Holcomb from Stephen Wade Auto Group and Nick Mayo from FOX Factory—to talk about all things AGwagon and walk through what the customer experience really looks like from start to finish.

This isn’t just another truck episode. We’re talking about a purpose-built farm and ranch truck—designed by people who actually work the land, haul the loads, and live in the dirt. From getting your AgPack (worth over $45,000 in rebates) to choosing the right dealer and financing your build with CADFi, we break down how AGwagon is changing the game for farmers, ranchers, and rodeo folks alike.

Jay shares what it's like offering these rigs from the dealer perspective—why exclusivity matters and how being a Certified Ag Dealer sets them apart. Nick walks us through how FOX Factory Vehicles took their experience building high-end trucks and turned it into something that actually serves our lifestyle—durable, practical, and ready to work on day one.

We even talk about CADProtect, an extended warranty that covers the kind of real off-road work most others won’t touch. Whether you’re buying off the lot or custom-building your dream truck, the AGwagon is built for our kind of life—fast, functional, and full of grit.

Listen in and roll with us—we’re getting into everything that makes the AGwagon more than just a truck. It’s a tool. It’s a difference-maker. And it’s built for people like us.

Drivin' Agriculture Podcast | Episode 8 | Built for the Road Ahead: Inside the PRORODEO Edition AGwagon

In this episode of Drivin’ Agriculture, we sit down with PRCA’s Darla Lindt and AgTruckTrader Pro Rodeo Team Captain Leighton Berry to unveil a groundbreaking collaboration in the world of rodeo-ready vehicles — the PRORODEO Special Edition AGwagon

After months of development between The Certified Agriculture Group, PRCA, and FOX Factory Vehicles, this isn’t just another truck. It's the first-ever PRCA-licensed Special Edition AGwagon, meticulously designed with input from real rodeo athletes and ag professionals. From integrated Starlink capabilities and trailer cameras to custom hat racks and pet beds (yes, for your rodeo dogs!), the AGwagon is tailored to meet the unique needs of those living life on the road.
We explore the origins of the concept, why vehicle reliability is critical for rodeo athletes, and how small features — like suspension, storage, and trailer monitoring — can make a massive difference when you're logging 60,000 miles a year. Darla shares PRCA’s perspective on bringing this idea to life, while Leighton reflects on the road lessons that shaped their wishlists for the ultimate rig.

With laughs, insights, and a behind-the-scenes look at how this dream truck came to life, this episode highlights innovation born straight out of necessity — and built tough for rodeo life.

  • Drivin' Agriculture Podcast | Episode 7 | The AGwagon – Built for AG, Backed by the Best
    Apr 22 2025

    Send us a text

In this episode of the Drivin’ Agriculture Podcast, we dive into something we’ve been excited to share—the AGwagon. We sat down with Pat Driscoll from the Certified Ag Group to unpack how this one-of-a-kind truck came to life—from a simple handshake to a fully customized, purpose-built ag vehicle designed by farmers, ranchers, and rodeo athletes just like us.

What makes the AGwagon different? Everything. It’s not just a truck—it’s a solution to the everyday needs we all face in the field, on the road, or at the rodeo. Pat walks us through the vision, the people behind it, and how the Certified Ag Group brought together 14 producers from across the country to create a base model packed with 28 real-world modifications—each one shaped by ag professionals who live the life every day.

We also had the chance to sit down with Jim Mueller, owner of Whiskey Ranch Horse & Cattle and a well-respected figure in the performance horse world. Jim was one of the producers invited to be part of that panel of ag voices who helped design the AGwagon from the ground up. In our conversation, he shared what it meant to be included in a process where Fox Factory actually listened—taking time to understand what producers truly need in a truck, and how function and durability matter more than flash.

To bring it full circle, Peyton Valentine sat down with Flynn Woods, Sr. Manager of Product Development at Fox Factory, to explore how that feedback was transformed into engineering. Flynn walked us through the entire build process—from design, to working with suppliers, to passing the truck on to the integration team, who installs each component by hand. Once complete, every AGwagon undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it performs exactly how we need it to. He also highlighted exclusive features like a built-in air pump with a retractable hose and a 360-degree lighting system—functional elements that set the AGwagon apart from anything else on the market.

Whether you're hauling horses, feeding cattle, or chasing your next rodeo, this episode is packed with insight into a truck that was truly built for us—and how you can get your hands on one.
