Q1? The busiest season for my business, every single year, without fail. Why? Because that's right after the holidays....and the holidays SUCK if your baby or toddler can't sleep. The mix of exhaustion during celebrations, judgement from family, and the annual desire to do better this year = it's a sleepy combo that keeps my waitlist long and my days booked.
So my challenge to you? DON'T WAIT until you get to that point! Don't be a January Jessica when you could be a September Sarah. January Jessica is going to get in a fight with her MIL at Christmas Eve dinner about whether or not the baby is hungry and go cry in a closet, rage texting her husband that his family is insane. September Sarah would never! Her baby sleeps so well, her MIL is asking HER if she can give advice to the other parents at the table, because they all wish their babies slept like Sarahs. That's the life I want for you!
