Who helps the helpers? Healthcare professionals are not immune to mental health challenges. Dr Dov Degen (he/him) shares his story about living with bipolar disorder while going through medical training and placements. We also meet Dr Tahnee Bridson (she/her), who talks about how healthcare professionals can support each other.

On the Same Wavelength is a collaboration between the University of Melbourne School of Psychological Sciences, and SANE, Australia’s leading national mental health organisation for people with complex mental health needs, with the support of the Paul Ramsay Foundation.
