About this listen
In this dialogue with Aaronde Seckou Creighton, we explore the intersection of the Leadership Circle Profile and the work of diversity, equity, and inclusions. We discuss how assessments can be both helpful and unintentionally harmful to leaders from historically marginalized communities and how coaches can more fully see, appreciate and work with the richness of their client's lived experiences.
Aaronde Seckou Creighton is the Chief Diversity Officer (CDO) of The Leadership Circle. He leads the company strategy to address the work of Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (JEDI-B) and supports the Leadership Circle community of practitioners in JEDI-B work. In addition, Aaronde continues to serve clients directly as a consultant, executive coach, and facilitator.
