So many coaches struggle emotionally for weeks (if not months) to finally find a coaching style…

…that suits their aura and personality.

And it takes time, partly because many people fear having a clear vision (of who they want to be) just because it’s too big.

But that isn’t the problem, it’s “not having clarity about that vision”.

And that creates self-doubt and fear about the certainty of your dreams.

The cost of those fears will steer you away from leading yourself to growth and closeness with Allah (swt).

A lack of clear vision will breed fear and anxiety.

So, here’s what you can do:

✅ Have a vision conversation with yourself

Write down what you want to be and when your thoughts start striking fear in your heart, address your thoughts…

As if you're talking to someone else.

✅ Put down one vision…

And be clear about it. Doesn’t matter if you’re a mom, a new, or an experienced coach…

Just be specific about what you want.

Simply penning down “I want to be a coach” isn’t going to cut it.

And if you can, add a timeframe too so your mind can cut through the noise and have a clear understanding of what your vision looks like.
