Hassan was the first male participant in the Metahab program for survivor empowerment. • Our Guest, Dr. Joyce Mikal-Flynn (dr. jmf), Founder of Metahab and a Professor in the School of Nursing at California State University Sacramento, has revolutionized the way we understand recovery post-trauma. Her research has led to the development of Metahabilitation, a strengths-based clinical pathway that guides individuals toward PTG. With her extensive background in creating resilience and fostering PTG among trauma survivors, dr. jmf brings invaluable insights to our discussion.
