From those humble beginnings, he rose to become an All-American at Texas A&M and a standout linebacker for the Dallas Cowboys — a true embodiment of resilience, gratitude and the American Dream. Today, Dat owns and operates the Chick-fil-A in Montgomery Plaza in Fort Worth.
