Daily Bible Verse and Teaching

By: Daily Bible verse with biblical affirmations
  • Summary

  • These are 7 - 10 minute bible teachings with the intention to bring daily comfort and encouraging messages to your mornings. I try to weave inspirational verses into every daily life with a combination of teachings and biblical affirmations. I'm not a biblical scholar nor did I go to theology school to learn the Word. I chose, 20 years ago, to read daily and learn it for myself. With tools like the Strongs Concordance and the Bullinger Critical Lexicaon, I believe everyone can build an understanding of God's specific word, as it is written. @thedailybibleteaching via dailybibleteaching.com Section Breakdown: Daily Bible Verse - 7 - 10 minute teachings and prayer Book of Proverbs - Ecclesiastes and proverbs are my favorite books in the Bible. They have all these little nuggets of information you can apply to your life immediately. That's why, I single these out. If you want understanding and knowledge, proverbs is where I'd start. Biblical Affirmations - If I'm working on an affirmation, I will go through the word to figure out what the word says about that affirmation. I then work on the concept of what God says and try to change my affirmation accordingly Reading the Bible daily and standing on those verses can change one's life. If your're beginning to read, start with one verse a day! Good luck and God bless! Come follow me at daliybibleteaching.com

    Walk worthy of the calling - Ephesians 4:1-7, 2 Peter 1:2

    Ephesians 4:1-6

    4 I therefore, the prisoner of (resting within) the Lord (Jesus Christ), beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation (calling) wherewith ye are (were) called (summoned),

    2 With (In company with) all lowliness (humility) and meekness (enduring with an even temper), with longsuffering, forbearing (bearing with) one another in (remaining within) love;

    3 Endeavouring (studying) to keep the unity (oneness) of the Spirit (holy spirit) in (resting within) the bond (that which binds to together) of (the) peace.

    4 There is one body, and one Spirit (new spiritual nature), even as ye are called (summoned) in (resting within) one hope (expectation of future good) of your calling;

    5 One Lord (master Jesus Christ), one faith (firm persuasion, conviction), one baptism,

    6 One God and Father of all, who is above (with dignity and power) all, and through (the dividing line) all, and in (resting within) you all.

    2 Peter 1:2

  • 1177. Lean on God - daily bible verse
    Jun 10 2024

    Lean on God - Ephesians 6:1-12, Ephesians 6:18

    Ephesians 6:1-12

    6 Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.

    2 Honour thy father and mother; which is the first commandment with promise;

    3 That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.

    4 And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.

    5 Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ;

    6 Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart;

    7 With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men:

    8 Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free.

    9 And, ye masters, do the same things unto them, forbearing threatening: knowing that your Master also is in heaven; neither is there respect of persons with him.

    10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

    11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

    12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

    Ephesians 6:18

    18 Praying (to God) always (on every occasion) with (for or with respect to) all prayer (vows to God) and supplication (personal prayers of need) in (remaining within) the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance (strangeness or firmness towards) and supplication (want or need) for all saints;

  • 1176. Power comes from God - daily bible verse
    Jun 6 2024

    Power comes from God - 2 Corinthians 4:5-11, Romans 10:9-10

    2 Corinthians 4:5-11

    5 For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the (as) Lord (the messiah); and ourselves your servants for (on account of) Jesus' sake.

    6 For God, who commanded (spake) the light (underived light) to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light (the illumination) of the knowledge (experiential knowledge) of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

    7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that (in order that) the excellency (surpassing, throwing beyond) of the power (inherent power) may be of God, and not of us.

    8 We are troubled (afflicted) on every side (in everything), yet not distressed (suffocated as wrestling); we are perplexed (not knowing which way to turn), but not in despair (altogether without help or means);

    9 Persecuted, but not forsaken (abandoned); cast down (to throw or cast down, to strike down), but not destroyed (perish, put to death of persons);

    10 Always bearing (to hold up) about in the body the dying of the Lord (Christ) Jesus, that the life also of (Christ) Jesus might be made manifest in our body.

    11 For we which live (the living) are always (forever) delivered (handed over to) unto death for (on account of) (Christ) Jesus' sake, that the life also of (Christ) Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh.

    12 So then death worketh in us, but life in you.

    Romans 10:9-10

    9 That if thou shalt confess (agree, admit) with thy mouth the Lord Jesus (Jesus as Lord), and shalt believe in thine heart (the seat of life, the starting point, organ of concentration) that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved (made sound, preserved safe).

    10 For with the heart man believeth (it is believed) unto (motion to) righteousness; and with the mouth confession (it is confessed) is made unto (motion to) salvation.
