Jurors in Sean "Diddy" combs sex trafficking trial hears testimony from a witness alleging the disgraced music mogul dangled her over a balcony, and she feared he would drop her. Bryana "Bana" Bongolan, a designer and friend of Cassie Ventura Fine, alleges she was held over a balcony at 17 stories high by Combs. She testifies the rapper then threw her over on balcony furniture, and she was left with a bruise on the back of her leg, as well as neck and back pain.

Brendan Paul, 25-year-old basketball player from Ohio and an amateur music producer and graduate of Fairmont State University in West Virginia is accused of being a “drug mule” for Diddy, his employer. Paul was arrested on drug charges at a Miami airport as he attempted to board a private jet with Diddy.

During lunch, Judge speaks directly to Combs attorney, Marc Agnifilio, alleging Diddy is trying to influence jurors by nodding to jurors during Bryana's testimony. Prosecutors call a woman to the stand who was allegedly trafficked by the hip-hop mogul until as recently as last year. The witness, who will testify under the pseudonym "Jane," begins her testimony.
