The Nerdist article announces a new DC digital-first comic series titled "Cheetah and Cheshire Rob the Justice League."

The series will see the two notorious feline-themed villains, Cheetah (Barbara Minerva) and Cheshire (Jade Nguyen), team up for an audacious heist. Cheshire, needing Cheetah's skills, convinces the initially reluctant villainess to join forces to steal the Justice League's "most secret treasures."

The comic, described by DC as a "cat-burglar caper," will explore the dynamic between these two deadly assassins and master thieves, their contrasting personalities, and whether they can truly trust each other while facing off against DC's top heroes. The series will also likely touch upon their respective histories with Wonder Woman (Cheetah) and the Teen Titans (Cheshire).

Written by Stephanie Williams with art by Inaki Miranda, colors by Lee Loughridge, and letters by Pat Brosseau, the digital-first series is set to launch on August 26, 2024, with a print collection planned for 2025.
