In this lesson, Pushpendra sir emphasizes on the power of positive and enabling emotions. The lesson insists that there is an overload of negativity around us, and that this is further perpetuated by the media that insists upon highlighting and selling negativity, and as such, a conscious effort needs to be made to inculcate and foster positive attitude and positive emotions. Besides, the lesson highlights upon the multiplying effect of positive emotions, and insists that being positive begets more positivity and also has the power to positively and constructively influence others. This idea is reinforced by a beautiful and heart-touching story of two patients, one of whom could possibly survive longer because of the positive attitude generated by the other The following questions are meant to develop more understanding of the topic.
