 Concorrenza online, costi di gestione sempre più alti e grandi catene anche nei centri storici. Risultato: il numero di negozi continua a ridursi sia in città che in provincia.
I dati sono quelli della Camera di Commercio. In 10 anni nella Provincia di Brescia sono venute meno quasi 2000 insegne: nel 2013 se ne contavano 13.400, contro le 11.470 del 2023.
Con Giovanni Teneggi abbiamo quindi parlato di quanto sarebbe auspicabile il ritorno alle botteghe come “spazi per la comunità”.
