These are the big thoughts that come to me while going about my day and coping with C-PTSD, chronic pain and fatigue, usually by being creative and crafting something! Craftalytical is all about using Social Psychology to make sense of ourselves and the world around us. Whether the episode topic is current events, politics, true crime, the otherworldly or what we do to escape being adults for a while, it's all comes back to what lessons we can learn from other people's actions, how to manage our mental health and how not to be so crappy to each other.
