About this listen
Special Guest: Doug Chase
This is "All Things Lexington with Mr. Doug Chase." Mr. Doug Chase is a Lexington legend. He is a graduated from Lexington High School in 1970 and Washington League University in 1974. He wrote a column in his hometown paper The News Gazette for 30 years. He spent 22 hours with the great Joe DiMaggio of the New York Yankees. He is founder of Rockbridge Area Recreation Organization (RARO), which is serves all the youth in Rockbridge County. This was his brainchild which has influenced thousands of youth in Lexington and Rockbridge County. Often, growing up as a child I heard adults say "Oh...that Doug Chase thinks he knows everything.". I am a witness of his brilliance, and it was an honor and privilege to introduce to some and present to others all that Mr. Chase knows.
This podcast is designed to invite conversations around the Christian faith. The host created the platform where viewers can witness how faith is applied and lived out. Participants rightly divide the life using Christian principles and application. Hopefully, this encourages listeners on their faith journey. The more one talks about faith the more faithful they become. Mr. Chase lived and applied his faith to serve youth in Rockbridge County. What have you produced from your faith journey?
