  • Healing from Clubfoot: A Mother's 100,000 mile Journey to Creating The Bennett Method with Brooke Nicole Brown
    Sep 17 2025

Join me on this inspiring episode of Compromised to Alchemized as I sit down with Brooke Nicole Brown the creator of The Bennett Method.

From an early age, Brooke Brown knew she possessed a special gift for healing. "You have healing hands," her mother would often tell her, words that proved prophetic when her third son, Bennett, was born with severe bilateral clubfoot. This sparked an extraordinary journey spanning 100,000 miles across 20 states, consulting with over 35 practitioners and doctors. Her exhaustive search led to something unexpected - the development of her own revolutionary healing approach called the Bennett Method.

The Bennett Method is a comprehensive, non-invasive methodology combining six essential disciplines: Craniosacral Fascial Therapy, Dynamic Flex Casting, Primitive Reflex Therapy, French Functional Method, Floor of the Mouth techniques, and targeted nutrition. Today, Bennett runs, jumps, and plays like any other child, a living testament to his mother's dedication. As a licensed massage therapist with extensive specialized training, Brooke now works with children facing developmental challenges including tongue and lip ties, torticollis, reflux, feeding difficulties, and sensory-motor development issues, with particular passion for expecting mothers and newborns.

Brooke's approach uniquely blends professional expertise with maternal understanding, creating nurturing environments where families feel truly supported. Her practice is grounded in scientific principles yet guided by Biblical truth and the Holy Spirit. "Every child's journey is different," Brooke says, "but every mother's hope is the same, to see their child thrive." Through gentle techniques and unwavering dedication, she demonstrates that remarkable healing is possible, offering hope and practical solutions to families seeking the best for their children.

In our conversation, we focus on Brooke's incredible journey with her son and the powerful healing principles she discovered along the way.
