About this listen
On Monday’s episode, I talk to Mel Douglas a LA-Based Yoga Teacher and activist. Mel is the founder of the Black Women’s Yoga Collective and says that it is the product of her love for black women, yoga and community. I found Mel on instagram and instantly felt at home amongst her playlists, transparency and self-love journey. Mel and I discuss how she found her practice, what version of her she is showing up as well today and how she is hoping to continue expand the ways that she creates the space for black women to heal and do what it takes to find their power.
