 On the final episode of the 2023/24 season, First Team manager, Chris Allen, looks back on his first season as a manager, reflecting on the highs and lows of a campaign that took the Town into the Play Offs, only to fall at the semi-final stage. Despite some inconsist perfromances there have been many positives to take from a season that has shown that team can beat anyone on their day. Chris discusses his ambitions for next season, with a focus on improving his players skill levels, as well as the teams standing in the League Tables.
